Description of the project
Veriff recruitment marketing campaign Veriff is an online identity verification company that protects people and businesses from online fraud. When verifying people’s identities, Veriff combines the power of automation and specialized human intuition to build trust and maximize protection. Problem As Veriff was growing rapidly, we had to hire 100+ verification specialists within a couple of months to join us in the mission against online fraud. How to find great talent so fast in such large numbers, especially when Veriff’s a brand is not well-known in the market and nobody has a clue what a verification specialist does for a job? Budget We had limited funds for the campaign - a total of 4,000€. Goals: To hire 100 verification specialists in 3 months To get the attention of talented young people of 20+ to apply for the job To explain the main essence of the verification specialist’s position Solution What’s a better way to attract the attention of youngsters than getting one of the most popular artists in Estonia - Nublu - on board. But why Nublu? He’s an influencer known for hiding his face behind ski-goggles and a hoodie. If someone was to dress like Nublu, wear goggles and take a photo themselves, how easy would it be to spot the real Nublu? Getting such details right would be a part of verification specialist’s job. We dressed Veriffians to look like Nublu and took photos of each one as if they were doing a standard photo for identity verification. We also took a photo of Nublu. Combining all these photos, we created a video and shared it on our social media channels Facebook and Instagram. Looking at the photos, people had to identify the real Nublu. Results We hired 100+ verification specialists Key metrics: Total Impressions 278,945 People reached 149315, organic reach 11,246 Post engagement 42,688, organic engagement 1,318 Total clicks 12,049 Reactions/comments/shares 2019 The campaign was selected as one of the best campaigns of 2019.
Short summary of the project
We worked with Nublu as he is known for hiding his face behind ski-goggles and a hoodie. We dressed Veriffians like Nublu, took photos of them, photographed Nublu and combined all these photos into a video. We posted the video on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn where people had to identify the real Nublu. Getting such details right would be a part of a verification specialist’s job.
